The Luxurious Homestay began with a single idea: that privacy, comfort, and design shouldn’t be exclusive to luxury hotels. We set out to create a better way to stay—one that feels less transactional and more personal. Starting in Melaka with just a handful of villas, we listened closely to what guests truly wanted: clean, modern homes with private pools, fully-equipped kitchens, generous space for family or friends, and the kind of quiet you can’t always find in city hotels. Today, we host guests across Malaysia—from couples looking for a peaceful weekend to families needing space to connect, to groups planning special celebrations.
