To ensure a comfortable and high-quality environment for all our guests, a refundable security deposit of RM 1,000 is required prior to check-in.
·Why we collect this: This deposit helps us protect our home’s facilities and encourages a clean, respectful stay for everyone.
·Full Refund: Rest assured, the deposit will be refunded in full within 2-3 working days after your check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items (such as towels or decor), or excessive mess.
·Deduction Criteria: Deductions will only occur in the event of property damage, lost items, smoking indoors, or if the unit is left in a state that requires professional deep cleaning.

🔴 Guests are not allowed to cancel or change the reservation within 30 days of the check-in date, or else 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
🟠 If the guest cancels the reservation after the deposit has been made, a processing fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
🟡 If the guest changes the reservation date after confirming the deposit, a 10% processing fee of the total rental will be ccharge.
