Booking Process

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred villa, checking availability, and following the on-screen instructions. For a faster process or custom requests, feel free to contact our team via WhatsApp or our contact form.

Yes, in most cases we accept a deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due before check-in. Deposit terms vary by villa and will be clearly stated before confirmation.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during school holidays, public holidays, or peak travel months.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM

     

  • Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
    Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

You will receive detailed self-check-in instructions via WhatsApp or email before your arrival. Most villas use digital locks or key drop arrangements. Our team will also be on standby if you need assistance during check-in.

Pet Policy

Select villas are pet-friendly. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring pets so we can recommend suitable villas and clarify pet-related terms.

Some pet-friendly villas may require a refundable deposit or additional cleaning fee. This will be communicated clearly during booking.

Payment Info

We accept:

  • Online bank transfer (FPX)
  • Credit/debit cards
  • eWallets (Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay)
  • PayNow (for Singapore guests)

Depending on the villa, either a deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking. Final payment must be completed before check-in.

Yes, all transactions are documented and an official receipt will be emailed or sent via WhatsApp after payment.
